Fr. Martin Slaughter has been at St. Gerard's since 2003. With a degree in English Literature, he worked as a teacher before discerning his vocation to the priesthood. After receiving his formation at St. John's Seminary, he was ordained in 1985.

Fr. Gerardo Padilla grew up here in our parish. After spending several years in Italy, he has returned home as associate pastor of St. Gerard's.

Fr. Luciano Kamienski hails from Biallistok, Poland. He belongs to the Salesians of Don Bosco, and was a missionary in Bolivia for 14 years. He also spent time on Curaçao, at the Catacombs of St. Callistus in Rome, and at St. John Chrysotom in Inglewood before coming to St. Gerard's.

Frances Gomez is currently serving as the parish business manager and in various other ministries. She loves to read, and is the grandmother of 22 and great-grandmother of 3.
